How fast is the delivery after ordering?
We process all orders within 1-2 working days. After that, we hand them over to DPD, who will arrange delivery within 2 working days, so the maximum delivery time is 4 working days.
How long does the battery last?
The battery inside the Movi Cushion will last approximately 20 cycles before needing to be recharged.
How do I recharge the battery?
You can recharge the battery by removing the external cover where the controls are on the side of The Movi Cushion, pulling the battery out and plugging the USB-C wire into a power source.
Can I use it on any chair or sofa?
The Movi Cushion is suitable for most sofas and chairs. However, please check the dimensions of The Movi Cushion to ensure it will fit.
How big is MOVI?
When deflated, MOVI measures approximately 53 cm wide × 53 cm deep × 16 cm high. When fully inflated, it rises to approximately 42 cm high. As MOVI is a soft, inflatable product, measurements may vary slightly.
How does the MOVI Cushion work?
Simply sit on the cushion and press the inflation button. The battery-powered pump gently tilts and lifts you to a standing position, reducing the effort and strain on your joints.
Who is the MOVI Cushion suitable for?
It is ideal for people with reduced mobility, joint pain, or difficulty standing up independently, particularly those experiencing strain on their knees, hips, or lower back. Ideally 5ft 6+ and a maximum weight of 110kg, above this the inflation time will be slower.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not currently accept refunds on our Movi Cushion
What if my product is damaged?
If your Movi Cushion is damaged, please reach out to customer support for further details and to arrange a replacement of your damaged product.
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you do not receive this, please reach out to us directly, and we can provide this right away.
